Family holidays and Jervis Bay

Recently my family went on a trip to Jervis Bay. My father had recently been in hospital for over a year and a half and this year we decided not to give one another gifts for Christmas but rather put that money towards a family holiday when my father got out of hospital. It was an amazing time with many "firsts" for my father since being in hospital. He went to the beach - he swam in the water - he travelled in a car. So many things that we take for granted. I don't always get along with my family but at the end of the day we are here - doing life together - and I wouldn't want it any other way. These are just a couple of photos of the gorgeous water, my handsome fiance and my niece.
